| The following songs are practice songs for the guard. Since the small metronomes that are sold in music stores are not loud enough to hear, we encourage all of our members to use music to practice their basic fundamentals in flag, rifle, and sabre. The "bpm" you see next to each songs stands for "Beats Per Minute" The smaller the number the slower the song, and the higher the number, the faster the song and so on. Please use the chart below to determine what song is right for you in your practice at home. We encourage all of the guard members to download this music and burn it to a CD.
